FRIED ZUCCHINI TWIRLEY QUE'S
with Creamy Blue Cheese or Creamy Ranch Dressing Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS...

DOUGH

3 1/2 c All Purpose Flour / sifted
1 large Egg / beaten
1 c boiling hot Water
1/2 c light veggie Oil or melted Butter
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt

DIRECTIONS...

Now you have few options on what you can wrap this dough around.
You may twirl around a thick slice of uncooked carrot strip, a raw strip of zucchini, an eggplant etc. Or if you like you can roll around an uncooked hot dog .. 😁
Perfect and fun for the kids.

DIRECTIONS...

Sift together the flour,sakt,and baking soda.
Next add the half amount of the hot water and with a fork stir until absorbed.
Now add the beaten egg in and with hand knead the egg into the dough, while slowly without burning your hand, start adding in the rest of the hot water into the flour and begin kneading until it forms a smooth soft dough.
Knead good about 10 minutes.

Oil lightly the mixing bowl, and place the dough ball in. Cover with a heavy kitchen towel and let rest about half an hour.

Seasoning the cut Zucchini ...

Cut into 1" thick strips.
Season realllll good.
Place SEASONED zucchini strips on a heavily folded paper towel to absorb the access water that will be draining out.
Leave for 10 to 15 minutes to marinate.
Then, pat dry carefully without removing the seasonings from the strips. Carefully... 👍

SPICES... to taste

Dry Cilantro
Dry Basil
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Lemon Pepper
Or SPICES of your choice... 👍😊

Preparation for the dough...

Place the dough ball now on work space and cut in half.
Work with 1 - half of dough at a time.
Keep the other one covered.
Roll open and not too thin, not too thick in a,long ways. Like in the picture bellow.
Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, begin to cut the dough in 1" or less strips and wrap around the Zucchini strips.
Again follow the pictures bellow.
Leave them or on the counter .

Worm up the p an with hot oil.
Once the oil is ready and hot, slowly one at a time, drop them in.
Fry it, while turning them at all times so they will brown evenly.
Once fried, place them again on a heavily folded paper towel to drain excess oil.

Serve with store bough heavy creamy chunky Blue Cheese dressing or Creamy Ranch Dressing.
