Here’s how to do it...
Come into bridge pose, and if you feel comfortable clasp your hands beneath you and draw your shoulder blades more under your chest.
From there, try to have the feet close together, then send one leg up to the sky. Keep the leg and straight and slowly lower the leg down so it lines up with your supporting leg and then lift it back up, driving your hips high.
Do 12-20 reps before completing on the other side! Then take a 30-60 break and aim for 2-3 more rounds 😍
This move is WONDERFUL for sculpting the back of the thighs, glutes, core and back muscles!!
