
You see motivation is a feeling, a habit is something you just do.
That’s why when I created the Yoga Burn Total Body Challenge, I wanted to make short, 15 minute routines that you could roll outta bed and do before getting ready for the day.
In my experience, if we have a plan we are following, it’s much easier to succeed and create good habits.
Now if that plan is ACTUALLY doable and enjoyable, you are 10 x’s more likely to stick with it!!
So I say ditch the need for motivation and instead find something you love, and work it into your schedule even if it’s just for 15 minutes, 3 times a week.
It takes WAY less work than you thought to get fit, you just have to find what works, and aim for consistency ❤️
Morning Warm-Up 🙌
1. Downward Facing Dog 1 minute
2. Three legged Down Dog 1 minute each leg
3. Kneeling toes crunchers 2 minutes
4. While stretching feet, roll out your neck, open your chest and breathe!!
That’s it! A 5 minute quickie that’s sure to leave you more relaxed and calm 🙏
