I personally LOVE adding Yoga into my daily chill time. Often we watch TV with a cup of tea and I stretch a little on the couch to finish off the day 🙌
Here are a few of my favourites:
1. Start with whatever feels good, neck circles, I like a forward fold.
2. Quad Stretch on the couch
3. Side legged side bend
4. Wide legged forward fold
5. Seated cross legged fold
Hold each pose for as long as is comfortable and trust your intuition! The main thing is to be sure you can always BREATHE! if you can’t breathe, you’ve gone to far.
